Why do you have to treat again in ten days time?Head lice eggs take between 7-9 days to hatch. Although after your treatment you will no longer have live lice, you may still have some viable egg that will hatch, no single product or treatment can successfully kill lice eggs. Any viable eggs that hatch in this time are classed as infants, they are not old enough to lay eggs nor travel to another person. By treating again in ten days, you are stopping the cycle before it can begin again.
